What to expect
Four stages, one clear direction.

Initial consultation
15–30 minutes
We discuss your concerns, review relevant history, and determine whether testing is the right next step. This conversation often takes place by phone.
- 02
Testing sessions
1–2 sessions · 2–6 hours total
In-person standardized activities, questionnaires, and tasks are completed in a low-stress environment, with breaks provided as needed.
- 03
Analysis and report writing
1–2 weeks
The clinician scores the assessments and prepares a comprehensive diagnostic report with personalized, actionable recommendations.
- 04
Feedback session
45–60 minutes
We walk through the findings, explain any diagnosis, and provide a concrete roadmap for school, work, therapy, or daily life.
Fees and payment
$1,800–$2,800
Comprehensive evaluation
This practice is private pay and does not bill insurance directly. Cash or check is accepted.
A comprehensive superbill can be provided with applicable diagnostic and testing codes. You may submit it to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Contact your insurance provider beforehand to ask about out-of-network behavioral health benefits. Reimbursement is determined by your insurer and is not guaranteed.
